Technical data our hosting provider logs when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it

Our basis
We use your enquiry details with your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us, and to take steps you ask for before an engagement. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

Do not send confidential or privileged documents through this website. Share them after we confirm that we can act for you. If we act, the engagement terms and our client privacy notice apply.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that host this website or deliver our e-mail and messaging, under confidentiality and security terms, and with authorities where the law requires.
Transfers outside the Kingdom

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for twelve (12) months and then deleted. Client files are kept for the periods that law and professional rules require.
Your rights
You may ask to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to have it deleted or to withdraw your consent, as the law provides. Write to info@abusibillaw.com. We reply within thirty (30) days.
You may also contact the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), the competent authority under the Law.
