About the firm
Abusibil & Partners is a Dhahran law firm advising businesses, founders and families on the legal questions their decisions rest on.
We practise in six areas: contracts and commercial law, corporate and M&A, labour and employment, arbitration and dispute resolution, data protection, and governance and compliance. Our work starts from the client’s objective: we establish what the client needs to achieve, give a clear legal path to it, and state the risks plainly.
We work in Arabic and English, draft in both, and advise in the language in which the decision is taken. Every matter has a named partner who is accountable for it, from the first meeting to the last invoice.
Practice areas
Six areas, one standard of work.
- Contracts & Commercial LawDrafting, negotiating and reviewing the contracts a business runs on.
- Corporate & M&AFormation, structuring, shareholder arrangements, investments and transactions.
- Labour & EmploymentEmployment documents, workplace policies and labour disputes, for employers and employees.
- Arbitration & Dispute ResolutionLitigation, arbitration, settlement and enforcement.
- Data Protection (PDPL)Compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
- Governance & ComplianceGovernance frameworks, policies and compliance programmes.
Our approach
Every matter follows the same disciplined path.
- 01
Understand
We listen first, then establish the facts, the objective and the deadline.
- 02
Analyse
We test the facts against the law, the documents and the other side’s likely position.
- 03
Advise
A written recommendation with options, risks and a cost estimate.
- 04
Act
We draft, negotiate, file or appear, as set out in the agreed scope.
- 05
Report and close
Regular updates, a closing note and an organised file returned to the client.
How we engage
Every engagement begins with a written scope and fee agreement. We offer three models.
Monthly retainer
For businesses that need continuing access to counsel. A fixed monthly fee covers an agreed scope and response times.
Fixed fee
For defined work: a contract, a company formation or a stage of a case. The fee is agreed before work begins.
Hourly
For work whose scope cannot be fixed in advance. Time is billed at agreed hourly rates, with an estimate and regular statements.
From first call to engagement

Our commitments
What a client can expect from us on every matter.
A named partner on every matter

Scope and fees in writing
